At any cafe,
you can spend your time as long as you want, without feeling hesitant about staying eternally with only a cup of coffee.
there comes no interference with your own time.
In the same way, there comes no interference with your order and payment.
once seated, you find no one comes up to you to take the order. i saw some people spend half an hour reading a newspaper with nothing on their table.
When to order and when to leave are all up to you :)
