I have a problem with my legs these days. That is called 'mukumi'..
Maybe there are two causes of this problem.
The irst is lots of water and the second is sitting all the day.
In my campany, all drinks are free, so we tend to drink much than before.
I have more than 3 bottles and two or three cups of korn soup in every day.
Vitamin B1 can do well for this problem.
So I should take tofu, rice, hum, pork and so on intensionally.
and please tell me other ways to get my legs healthy.
